Show Report - 24/09/2022 - Kingswells

First night back and straight back into the deep end! 💪

Unfortunately Masons bout was a no go due to the weight and age difference. Mason won against his opponent previously despite the age and weight difference however the officials wouldn’t let it go ahead this time.

Mackenzie was up against a tall and experienced fighter. He fought hard throughout the rounds, landing some hard body shots to slow his opponent down. Both hard hitters, Mackenzie took the cleaner shots from his opponent and the ref called it right towards the end of the last round despite both boxers still throwing and defending. A great bout and a fantastic performance for Mackenzie who only stepped back in the gym a few weeks ago! 🔥

Radim headlined the show in a rematch with a tough opponent who stopped him in the first round last time out. This fight was completely different from the last with both boxers unwilling to dive in and take risks at the start. Radim boxed well on the outside as both boxers exchanged some great shots. Radim hit the canvass in the 2nd but bounced back up and nearly dropped his opponent in the next exchange. The last round was hard fought as both boxers looked tired but the Kingswells boxer edged the rounds to win by decision. 💪

The decisions didn’t go our way but the boxers all did fantastic tonight showing great skill and determination against difficult opponents 💥 back in the gym Monday and straight back at it! 🥊🥊🥊
